介绍了一种新型的振动筛,在建立力学模型基础上,利用MATIAB数学软件对其振动特性进行了仿真分析。研究不同转速和偏心质量条件下振动筛的振幅变化,分析和处理仿真结果,为振动筛的设计提供理论依据.
A new type of vibrating screen is introduced. Based on the establishment of the mechanical model, the vibration characteristics of the vibrating screen are simulated by MATIAB mathematical software. The vibration amplitude changes under different speeds and eccentric mass are studied, and the simulation results are analyzed and processed to provide the theoretical basis for the design of vibrating screen.
