肢体化学感受器瘤较为罕见,本院曾收治2例,现报告如下。例1.男,16岁。右大腿逐渐增大的无痛性肿块4年,于1969年4月于我院就诊。体检见右大腿前外侧下部有一约6×2.5cm 肿物,实质性,无压痛,边界清,活动度大。行肿瘤切除。病理报告为右大腿化学感受器瘤。术后胸透肺部无异常。1971年发现肺部转移瘤。1973年右大腿原切口处肿瘤复发。1984年再次行右大腿肿瘤切除。1986年1月患者出现颅内占位
Limb chemoreceptor tumors are rare and have been treated in our hospital in 2 cases. The report is as follows. Example 1. Male, 16 years old. The painless mass with a gradually increasing right thigh was 4 years old and was presented to our hospital in April 1969. The physical examination revealed a 6×2.5 cm mass in the anterolateral lower part of the right thigh, which was substantial, without tenderness, clear borders, and high activity. Perform tumor resection. The pathology report was a right thigh chemoreceptor tumor. There was no abnormal chest thoracotomy. In 1971, metastases were found in the lungs.
