配合力测定是玉米杂交育种的一个重要程序,也是研究杂种优势的重要方法之一。常用的骨干品系测验方法,虽然能把自交系的配合力测定与选配组合紧密结合起来,淘汰极少数配合力低下的品系,但测验种的数目较少,难以对方差加以剖析,尚不能对各亲本配合力做出可靠的评价。为对新育自交系及时选优汰劣,提高选用杂交种的效率,我们从1979年以来,采用Griffing双列杂交法,分期分批地将育成的抗病品系进行了配合力效应测定。本文系1981年试验结果的分析。
