患儿,女,2岁,主因嗜睡4天于1990年11月30日入院。患者于入院前7～8天曾有咳嗽与腹泻,经当地治疗咳嗽消失,腹泻好转。于入院前4天出现嗜睡,有时呕吐,呈非喷射性,不思饮食。既往健康,按程序进行预防接种。查体:T37.5℃,P100次/分,R20次/分,体重20kg。嗜睡状态,全身皮肤及粘膜未见黄染,前囟门已闭;巩膜无黄染,两瞳孔等大正园,对光反应灵敏;咽部稍充血,颈软无抵抗。两肺呼吸音增强;心律规整,心率100次/分,未闻及杂音。腹胀,肝于右肋缘下可触及边缘,质软,压痛,脾脏未扪及。神经生理反
