肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是一种多功能因子,可作为有丝分裂原、促细胞形成因子、血管形成因子及肿瘤细胞毒因子等,除对肝细胞作用外,还可对多种细胞发挥作用。HGF mRNA可表达于包括肾脏、心脏、肺及大脑等多种组织中。以往研究表明HGF可刺激人类造血干细胞生成,而最近的研究发现白血病患者的血液和骨髓中HGF水平明显升高,这些结果提示HGF可能在白血病的发生中发挥了重要作用。本文通过检测白血病细胞中HGF水平及HGF mRNA表达,旨在对HGF的产生及白血病的关系进行探讨。
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a multifunctional factor that can act as a mitogen, a pro-cell forming factor, an angiogenic factor, and a tumor cytotoxic factor, etc. In addition to its effects on hepatocytes, it can also exert effects on a variety of cells. HGF mRNA can be expressed in a variety of tissues including the kidney, heart, lungs, and brain. Previous studies have shown that HGF can stimulate the production of human hematopoietic stem cells. Recent studies have found that HGF levels in blood and bone marrow of leukemia patients are significantly elevated. These results suggest that HGF may play an important role in the occurrence of leukemia. This article aims to explore the relationship between HGF production and leukemia by detecting HGF levels and HGF mRNA expression in leukemia cells.
