为探索米非司酮合并米索前列醇终止9～20周妊娠的最佳剂量,我们将我院260例孕9～20周要求药物终止妊娠的妇女,随机分成2种不同的治疗组进行临床观察,结果证明米非司酮200mg合并米索0.8mg口服,是终止9～20周妊娠的最佳剂量,可在临床上推广应用。 1 研究对象 260例妊娠9～20周健康妇女,自愿要求药物终止妊娠,无烟酒嗜好,近3个月内未用任何甾体类及糖皮质激素类药物,无明显子宫肌瘤,无严重的药物过敏史。平均年龄(25.6±6)岁(18～47岁);平均体重指数(20.7±2.5)(14.0～35.2);平均停经(160±16.8)天(51～177天)。其中初产妇160例。将260例随机分为2组,各组研究对象的年龄、体重指数、停经天数、孕产次以及初产妇比例等差别皆无显著性(P>0.05)。 2 方法 2.1 药物:米非司酮每片25mg(上海华联制药公司生
