银杏叶是临床上使用广泛的中草药之一,主要化学成分包括黄酮类和萜类内酯两大类。近年来,国内外大量的研究表明银杏叶及其化学成分能够影响细胞色素P450酶的表达,并通过细胞色素P450酶影响其他药物的代谢。现从银杏叶及其化学成分对CYP3A4和CYP2C9的影响,及其通过CYP3A4、CYP2C9影响其他药物代谢等方面进行综述。
Ginkgo biloba is widely used in clinical herbs one of the main chemical components, including flavonoids and terpene lactones two categories. In recent years, a large number of studies at home and abroad show that Ginkgo biloba and its chemical components can affect the expression of cytochrome P450 enzymes and affect the metabolism of other drugs through the cytochrome P450 enzyme. The effects of Ginkgo biloba and its chemical components on CYP3A4 and CYP2C9, and their effects on the metabolism of other drugs through CYP3A4 and CYP2C9 are reviewed.
