铜一邻苯二酚紫(PV)一硝酸钾一硼酸体系产生一灵敏的极谱络合吸附波,应用高阶导数卷积极谱法可以测定3×10~(-8)M—5×10~(-6)M的Cu~(2+)(即约2ppb—320ppbCu~(2+))。本文用几种极谱技术对此波的电极过程机理进行了研究,证明波的形成是Cu~(2+)-PV络合物中Cu~(2+)的还原而不是PV的还原,为一具有明显诱导吸附性质的络合物吸附波。实验测定了Cu~(2+)-PV络合物的组成及条件稳定常数。
Copper-pyrochlore violet (PV) potassium monobutyrate-boric acid system produces a sensitive polarographic complex adsorption wave. A 3 × 10 -8 M-5 × 10 ~ (-6) M Cu ~ (2 +) (that is, about 2ppb-320ppbCu ~ (2+)). In this paper, several polarographic techniques were used to study the electrode process of this wave. It is shown that the formation of waves is the reduction of Cu2 + rather than the reduction of PV in Cu2 + A complex adsorption wave with obvious adsorption properties. The composition and stability constants of Cu ~ (2 +) - PV complex were experimentally determined.
