我国是牛羊肉生产大国,产量分别居世界第三位和第一位,人均占有量牛羊肉加在一起为5.9公斤,远低于世界平均水平。从目前我国牛羊肉产销状况和国际市场情况看,业内人士分析,在相当长的时间内,我国的牛羊肉只能立足本国市场,出口潜力不大。当前影响我国牛羊肉出口的主要原因:一、防疫问题。有些疫病时伏时起,难以断根,造成欧盟等国家把我国的牛羊肉拒之门外,日本、韩国民有类似情况。此外,俄罗斯由于接受美国食品援助,减少了从我国进口牛羊肉的数量。二、牛羊肉中农药、兽药、激素等残留及重金属元素有时超标,污染了肉品质量。这种情况在农业区的育肥牛中较为多见。
China is a big producer of beef and mutton with output ranking the third and the first respectively in the world. The average amount of beef and mutton added together is 5.9 kg, far below the world average. From the current situation of China’s beef and mutton production and marketing and the international market situation, the industry analysis, for a long period of time, China’s beef and mutton can only be based on the domestic market, export potential is not large. The main reasons for the current impact on the export of beef and mutton in China: First, the epidemic prevention issue. Japan and South Korea have similar situations. In addition, Russia has reduced the amount of beef and mutton imported from China due to its acceptance of U.S. food aid. Second, beef and mutton pesticides, veterinary drugs, hormones and other residues and heavy metals sometimes excessive, polluted meat quality. This situation is more common in fattening cattle in agricultural areas.
