装载机动力换挡变速箱的换挡过程是一个由多参数变化决定的动态过程,这一过程是由换挡离合器的结合完成的,换挡离合器的参数设计,对改善装载机平稳性、使用寿命有很大帮助。利用拉格朗日能量方程,建立了行星变速箱各种挡位都适用的通用数学模型。在此基础上,进行了以平均温升最小为目标的ZL50装载机行星变速箱换挡离合器优化设计,并且用实际数据进行了一个工况的计算。
The shifting process of loader power shift transmission is a dynamic process that is determined by the change of multiple parameters. This process is accomplished by the combination of shift clutches. The parameter design of the shift clutch improves the stability of the loader. Life is a great help. By using Lagrange energy equation, a universal mathematical model suitable for various gears of planetary gearboxes is established. Based on this, optimized design of ZL50 planetary gear box clutch shifting clutch with minimum average temperature rise was carried out, and the actual data was used to calculate a working condition.
