本研究是用向家兔肺内充气的方法观察30只活体家兔呼吸器官的压—容特性及肺损伤的程度。实验中用压力传感器测量气管内压力,用全身体积描记法测量肺—胸容积。实验结果表明,家兔呼吸器官的充放气曲线有三种类型,这与肺损伤的程度有关。充气压—容曲线呈S形,肺破裂时形成钝峰。充气压为750~800mmH_2O时,多数肺有重度肺气肿及广泛性出血,甚至肺破裂使家兔死亡,故确定此值为兔肺破裂强度值。充气压为650~700mmH_2O时,无一例肺破裂,只有小灶性出血及轻度肺气肿,故确定此值为兔肺生理耐限值。
In this study, the pressure-volume characteristics of respiratory organs and the degree of lung injury in 30 living rabbits were observed by inflating the lungs of rabbits. Tracheal pressure was measured with a pressure transducer in the experiment, and lung-chest volume was measured by whole-body plethysmography. The experimental results show that there are three types of airway evacuation curves in rabbits, which are related to the degree of lung injury. Inflatable pressure - capacity curve was S-shaped, pulmonary rupture formed blunted peak. Inflation pressure of 750 ~ 800mmH_2O, most of the lungs have severe emphysema and extensive bleeding, and even rupture of the lungs so rabbits died, it is determined that the value of rabbit rupture strength. Inflatable pressure of 650 ~ 700mmH_2O, no case of lung rupture, only minor focal hemorrhage and mild emphysema, it is determined that the value of rabbit lung physiological tolerance.
