研究了几种Fe3Al基合金的耐冲蚀性能。冲蚀试验在一个水平装置中进行 ,其内部通入含高浓度SO2 和SiO2 颗粒的高温气流 ,研究结果表明 ,在 60 0 - 80 0℃温度范围内 ,Fe3Al基合金的抗冲蚀性能明显优于镍基和钴基高温合金。SEM观察表明 ,Fe3Al基合金的冲蚀过程是片屑的形成 ,而对于镍基和钴基合金 ,冲蚀试样表面则呈现犁削形貌。加少量的钨、钼或铌到Fe3Al基合金中能进一步提高合金的耐冲蚀性能
The corrosion resistance of several Fe3Al-based alloys was investigated. The erosion test was carried out in a horizontal unit with a high temperature gas stream containing high concentrations of SO2 and SiO2 particles. The results show that the erosion resistance of the Fe3Al-based alloy is excellent at the temperature range of 60 0 to 80 0 ℃ Nickel-based and cobalt-based superalloys. The SEM observation shows that the eroded Fe3Al-based alloy is the formation of flake, while for the nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys, the surface of the eroded sample is plowed. Add a small amount of tungsten, molybdenum or niobium to the Fe3Al-based alloys can further improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy
