去纤酶对冠心病患者血液流变学的影响山西省心血管病研究所（０３０００１）张亮清，刘卓敏，孔咏梅，韩献华，赵正坤，杨超慧，刘爱春阳曲县人民医院张海洋，王秀敏山西医学院王峰峰我们用去纤酶治疗冠心病患者对纤维蛋白原、血液流变学、血小板聚集率进行测定，现报告如下。资料和方法１．研究对象：病例均符合ＷＨＯ（１９７９）制定的冠心病诊断标准，并除外高血压病、糖尿病、脑血管病、血液病等影响流变学的疾患，近一月来未服用影响流变学和血小板聚集率的药物史，①治疗组：４２例，男３０例，女１２例，年龄３６～７５岁，平均５７．７９岁。其中急性心梗８例，陈旧性心梗８例，不稳定心绞痛２１例，稳定性心绞痛５例，去纤酶皮试阳性者按０．０２５～０．０５Ｉｕ／ｋｇ用量，加入１５０毫升生理盐水中，６０分钟内滴完，隔三天用同样剂量，三次为一个疗程。②对照组：３０例，男２４例，女６例，年龄３８～７４岁，平均５８．４７岁，其中急性心梗６例，陈旧心梗４例，不稳定心绞痛１５例，稳定心绞痛５例，常规用阿斯匹林片０·１日一次，消心痛１０～２０ｍｇ，日三次～日六次药物治疗。２．研究方法：采血条件于晨６时～７时３０分空腹从肘静脉缓慢抽血８毫升分别加入肝素抗凝剂（查血流
