采用社会支持和孤独感问卷研究大学生社会支持与孤独感关系,结果发现:⑴性别对客观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分、孤独感体验和孤独总分有影响;⑵生源地对社会支持总分及各因子得分、孤独感总分及各因子得分无影响;⑶不同年级在社交能力评价、孤独感体验、人际关系评价和孤独总分上有差异;⑷孤独感各因子与社会支持各因子存在显著负相关。主、客观支持和支持利用度对孤独感具有预测效用。可见,大学生应充分利用社会支持来降低孤独感。
Using social support and loneliness questionnaire to study the relationship between college students’ social support and loneliness, we find: (1) Gender has an impact on objective support, utilization of students, social support scores, loneliness experience and loneliness score; (2) Score and score of each factor, score of loneliness and scores of each factor have no effect; (3) there are differences in scores of social competence, experience of loneliness, evaluation of interpersonal relationship and loneliness in different grades; (4) factors of loneliness and social support There is a significant negative correlation between the factors. The Lord, Objective Support and Support Utilization have predictive utility on loneliness. Visible, college students should make full use of social support to reduce loneliness.
