研究湿式摩擦离合器片表面载荷分布情况对其翘曲变形结果的影响 .在台架试验中提供特殊的工况条件 ,对离合器对偶片做翘曲变形实验 ,根据实验结果确定不同的载荷分布与不同的翘曲变形形式之间的关系 .研究表明 ,湿式摩擦离合器片在不同工况条件下分别出现碟形翘曲与波浪形翘曲 ;在离合器内齿片片外缘加载 ,接合时热负荷集中于片外边缘区域 ,易引起离合器片的碟形翘曲 ;在离合器外齿片片内缘加载 ,接合时热负荷集中于片内半径区域 ,易引起离合器片的波浪形翘曲 .
