介绍了目前钢铁行业转炉煤气干法除尘净化回收系统(LT法),对干法除尘系统的工艺流程及系统构造进行了分析阐述。并通过唐山文丰山川轮毂有限公司先后两套100t转炉的生产实践表明,LT法节能环保效果显著,净化后煤气的含尘量低于15 mg/m3。随着转炉炼钢生产的发展及环保的压力,干法除尘技术必将成为我国转炉煤气回收利用的发展趋势。针对干法除尘系统运行过程中容易出现的蒸发冷却器出口烟气温度过高和过低的问题,进行了喷水量的分析,并提出一些改进措施。对优化喷嘴设计提供了一些建议。
This paper introduces the current LT method of rotary dust removal of converter gas in the iron and steel industry, and analyzes and elaborates the technological process and system structure of dry dust removal system. Through the production practice of two sets of 100t converter successively by Tangshan Wenfeng Mountain and Wheel Hub Co., Ltd., the LT method has obvious energy saving and environmental protection effect, and the dust content of the gas after purification is less than 15 mg / m3. With the development of BOF steelmaking and the pressure of environmental protection, dry dust removal technology will surely become the development trend of converter gas recovery and utilization in our country. Aiming at the problem that the flue gas temperature at the exit of the evaporative cooler which is prone to occur during the operation of the dry dust removal system is too high and too low, the amount of water spray is analyzed and some improvement measures are put forward. Some suggestions for optimizing nozzle design are provided.
