The “Wave of Waves”, which won the German Film Award in 2008, simulated a process of fascist ideological control on campus on a delicate plot. The design of the entire campus experiment and the character dialogue reflect Germany’s reflections on the anti-Nazi movement, warning the world that we are only five days after the Nazis. This thesis focuses on the plot development of “The Tide”, mainly adopts the new criticism method, and draws lessons from Saussure’s linguistic understanding of symbolic language from the angle of view, analyzes the relationship between Nazi consciousness and language symbols, Metaphor and character thinking and behavior of the paradox, and further explore the paradox in the unity of reason. From this, we can conclude that the real cause of the obsessive mentality of the Nazi movement is the misfortune of individual society and the loss of individual reason. The so-called unity and reunification once intensified by the Nazis is in fact to anesthetize the members’ rationality and cover up the real purpose of controlling members. That is, they control the growth of the organization by controlling the energy gained by individuals. The main reason why individual members are blind to Nazism is to indulge self-desire, abandon rational thinking and allow Nazi control to be thought-blank. Inspired connotation of the film “Inspur” deepens our understanding of the nature of German Nazi ideology and provides the audience with the dimension of thinking about the form of extreme dictatorship.
