1.电信网(telecommunication network) 构成多点间相互通信的多个电信系统互连的体系。电信网由终端设备、传输链路和交换设备三要素构成,运行时还应辅之以信令系统、通信协议以及相应的运行支撑系统。电信网是人类实现远距离通信的重要基础设施。它的主要功能是按用户的需要传递和交流信息,以实现两用户间的通信。
1. Telecommunication network (telecommunication network) A system that interconnects multiple telecommunication systems that communicate with each other in multiple locations. The telecommunication network is composed of three elements of terminal equipment, transmission link and switching equipment. The operation system should also be supplemented by signaling system, communication protocol and corresponding operation support system. Telecommunication network is an important infrastructure for human communication over long distances. Its main function is to transmit and exchange information according to the needs of users in order to achieve communication between two users.
