本文提出了适合中小制造企业的企业资源规划（SME-ERP）理论,并阐述了影响中小制造企业实施SME-ERP的关键成功因素,以及中小制造企业在实施SME-ERP过程中和实施阶段任务完成后的绩效评价理论。结果表明,SME-ERP理论可促进中小制造企业的发展,对我国中小制造企业的管理具有重要作用。
