今年回到妈妈家,帮妈妈整理冰箱的时候,竟然在冷冻柜深处发现了一片报纸卷着、颜色发黑的乌鱼子。看包装,这一片乌鱼子应该是前年亲戚送的,没想到已经在冰柜里冻了快三年了。还记得第一次尝到乌鱼子的滋味是在餐厅里,巨大华丽的盘子,各种精巧的盘饰,里头鬼鬼祟祟的躲着屈指可数的几片乌鱼子,就这几片,当年已经极为昂贵!父亲夹了一片给我尝尝,那一餐也就只分配到这一片。但是乌鱼子咸鲜芳香的绝美风味从此难以磨灭!
