创新产品或技术往往会受到消费者抵制,产生创新抗拒,而导致创新抗拒的主要因素之一就是感知风险。论文通过消费者访谈和调查问卷得出国内消费者对于手机无线上网感知风险的四个构面即费用风险、个人隐私风险、虚拟售后交易风险和网络信息功能风险。进而通过相关性分析和回归分析验证了前三个感知风险构面对于手机无线上网创新抗拒起显著影响作用,而网络信息功能风险未能对创新抗拒产生显著性影响。
Innovative products or technologies are often boycotted by consumers and create creative resistance. One of the major factors that lead to innovation resistance is perceived risk. Through the consumer interview and questionnaire, the dissertation draws the four consumers of the risk perception of mobile phone wireless Internet: consumer risk, personal privacy risk, virtual post-sale transaction risk and network information functional risk. Furthermore, the correlation analysis and regression analysis show that the first three cognitive risk planes play a significant role in the innovation resistance of mobile wireless Internet access, while the functional risks of network information have no significant impact on innovation resistance.
