根据楔横轧工艺的特点,简化了凸轮体轧齐的数学模型,推导出楔横轧凸轮体在轧齐过程中螺旋斜锥体大端半径随轧件转角变化的旋转公式及各阶段螺旋斜锥体的体积公式。根据体积平衡原理得到了凸轮体内直角台阶的轧齐曲线,最后采用有限元软件对凸轮体的轧齐过程进行模拟,模拟结果良好,验证了轧齐曲线的正确性。研究结果对用楔横轧工艺设计生产凸轮轴具有借鉴意义。
