学校教学的基本单位就是班级,而班主任就是班集体的组织者、建设者、领导者与教育者,班主任工作质量与学生的全面发展密切相关。特别是小学阶段,儿童的身心发展与认知水平都不高,班主任在儿童成长过程中占据重要位置,是班级最重要的领导者,班主任管理效果关系学生的全面发展,因此,班主任工作在学生发展中占据重要位置。
The basic unit of school teaching is the class, and the class teacher is the class organizer, builder, leader and educator.
