高速公路改扩建施工段合理的限速值是确保复杂环境下交通安全运行的重要因素。以驾驶员能接触到的各种不同信息出现的几率和出现量的大小为依据,将施工区道路几何信息、动态交通流信息、现场交通管制措施信息以及其它相关信息进行有机结合量化分析,为高速公路改扩建段的合理限速提供一定理论支持。
The reasonable speed limit of expressway reconstruction section is an important factor to ensure traffic safety in complex environment.
