采用Fluent的Mixture模型,借助UDF对闪发器内闪蒸过程进行数值模拟,分析入口角度及入口流速对闪发器出口气相体积分数的影响。结果表明,入口流速对出口气相体积分数影响较小;当入口角度为60°时,出口气相体积分数最高,当入口流速为10 m/s时,入口角度为60°相比入口角度0°对应的出口气相体积分数高66.67%。研究结果可为中高温热泵中间补气闪发器的结构设计提供参考。
Mixture model of Fluent was used to simulate the flash process in flash unit with UDF. The effect of inlet angle and inlet flow velocity on outlet gas phase volume fraction was analyzed. The results show that the inlet flow velocity has little influence on the volume fraction of outlet gas phase. When the inlet angle is 60 °, the outlet gas phase volume fraction is the highest. When the inlet flow velocity is 10 m / s, the inlet angle is 60 ° compared to the inlet angle of 0 ° The exit gas phase volume fraction is 66.67% higher. The research results can provide a reference for the structural design of the mid-high-temperature heat pump mid-qi flashover.
