本文详细介绍在数控系统中机床双轴同步控制原理,并以法国 NUH 公司的 NUM1040M 数控系统为例介绍双轴同步调试及应用。文中给出了双轴同步运动参数选择的过程及控制特性的调试步骤,通过在线修改 P 参数完成对控制系统的配置。结果表明这种方式具有同步精度高,调整方便等优点,可在其它需多轴精确同步控制的场合推广。
This article introduces the principle of biaxial synchronous control of machine tool in numerical control system in detail, and introduces the application of biaxial synchronous debugging with NUM1040M numerical control system of NUH company in France as an example. In this paper, the process of selecting biaxial synchronous motion parameters and the debugging steps of the control characteristics are given. The configuration of the control system is completed by modifying P parameters online. The results show that this method has the advantages of high synchronization accuracy, easy adjustment, etc., which can be promoted in other occasions where multi-axis precise synchronization control is needed.
