30%苯醚甲环唑·丙环唑EC是中国防治小麦纹枯病的主要杀菌剂之一。为明确30%苯醚甲环唑·丙环唑EC在小麦籽粒、植株及土壤中的残留与消解动态,分别于2011和2012年在小麦田进行小麦纹枯病防治试验,并在施药后不同时期采集小麦籽粒、植株与土壤样本,通过气谱(配ECD检测器)进行相关样本的药剂残留检测。检测结果表明,2011年,苯醚甲环唑在土壤和小麦植株上的原始沉积量分别为0.1033 mg/kg和4.0498 mg/kg,半衰期(T1/2)分别为15.5天和8.6天,丙环唑在土壤和小麦植株上的原始沉积量分别为0.0940 mg/kg和2.0329 mg/kg,T1/2分别为23.9天和6.8天;2012年,苯醚甲环唑在土壤和小麦植株上的原始沉积量分别为0.0910 g/kg和4.0498 mg/kg,T1/2分别为13.0天和8.6天,丙环唑在土壤和小麦植株上的原始沉积量分别为0.0723 mg/kg和2.3507 mg/kg,T1/2分别为22.1天和6.5天。最终残留试验表明:苯醚甲环唑在小麦植株、小麦籽粒和土壤中的最终残留量分别为0.0730~2.0880 mg/kg、<0.01~0.0363 mg/kg和<0.01~0.3649 mg/kg;丙环唑在小麦植株、小麦籽粒和土壤中的最终残留量分别为0.0461~1.6396 mg/kg、<0.005~0.0307 mg/kg和<0.005~0.1036 mg/kg。由此得出,30%苯醚甲环唑·丙环唑EC可以在小麦上使用,但施药剂量最高为135 a.i.g/hm2,施药3~4次,安全间隔期为35天。
30% Difenoconazole / Propiconazole EC is one of the main fungicides against wheat sheath blight in China. In order to clarify the dynamics of residual and digestion of difenoconazole and propiconazole EC in wheat grain, plant and soil, wheat sheath blight prevention and control experiment was conducted in wheat field in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Wheat grains, plants and soil samples were collected at different periods and the residuals of the samples were detected by gas chromatography (with ECD detector). The results showed that the initial depositions of difenoconazole on soil and wheat plants in 2011 were 0.1033 mg / kg and 4.0498 mg / kg, respectively, and the half-lives (T1 / 2) were 15.5 and 8.6 days respectively. The initial deposition of azole on soils and wheat plants was 0.0940 mg / kg and 2.0329 mg / kg, respectively, with T1 / 2 at 23.9 days and 6.8 days, respectively. In 2012, the original amounts of difenoconazole on soil and wheat plants The initial depositions of propiconazole on soils and wheat plants were 0.0723 mg / kg and 4.0498 mg / kg, T1 / 2 at 13.0 days and 8.6 days, respectively. The final residue test showed that the final residues of difenoconazole in wheat plants, wheat grain and soil were 0.0730-2.0880 mg / kg, <0.01-0.0363 mg / kg and <0.01-0.3649 mg / kg, respectively.
