SpA菌体已广泛用于抗癌、免疫等方面的研究,对SpA菌体细胞遗传学效应报导很少。近年来国内外已证实微核试验是检测啮齿动物骨髓细胞基因损伤剂的一种可靠而有效的方法,为此我们采用微核试验检测SpA菌体对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的影响,以对SpA菌体的细胞遗传学效应做出恰当的评价。材料与方法一、动物:615近交系小鼠,鼠龄2~3个月,体重18~23g,雄雌均有。二、主要试剂:冻干SpA菌体,上海生物制品研究所提供,批号8502,有效期1987年4月。按干重用0.2ml生理盐水配成不同浓度的
