采用有限元法,对立式连续铸轧机热力耦合条件下热装过盈配合的铜套钢芯铸轧辊进行三维变形和应力的模拟计算,获得了同一辊套厚度、多组过盈量的辊套内外表面的等效应力分布,并得出适合于该铜套钢芯铸轧辊热装过盈配合的过盈量范围。所得结果为超薄快速铸轧铸轧辊过盈量的选择提供了参考。
The finite element method was used to simulate the three-dimensional deformation and stress of copper-clad steel cast-iron with hot-fit and interference fit under the condition of thermomechanical coupling in the vertical continuous casting machine. The same roll thickness, The equivalent stress distribution of the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeve and the suitable range of the interference fit for the interference fitting of the copper sleeve steel core roll hot-fitted. The results provide a reference for the selection of the interference margin of ultra-thin rapid casting and rolling rolls.
