目的 :探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (Non -insulindependentdiabetesmellitus ,NIDDM)大鼠血清NAG(N -乙酰 - β -D氨基葡萄糖甘酶 )活性变化与糖尿病微血管病变之间的关系。方法 :应用链脲佐菌素 (Strepozo tocin ,STZ)加高能量饮食建立非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,并设立对照组 ,1 9周后观察两组血糖和血胰岛素释放水平 ,同时测定血清NGA活性 ,并经光镜和电镜观察肾脏、视网膜的形态学改变 ,应用微机图像处理系统对肾小球毛细血管基底膜、视网膜进行定量测定。结果 :糖尿病组血清NAG活性 (38.30± 9.0 5U/L)明显高于正常对照组 (2 5 .67± 8.91U/L ,P <0 .0 1 )。血清NAG活性与肾小球毛细血管基底膜厚度、视网膜总厚度呈显著正相关 (r =0 .785 ,0 .684,P <0 .0 5)。结论 :血清NAG活性测定对于糖尿病微血管病变的临床早期诊断、检测具有重要意义
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum NAG (N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminoglycan) activity and diabetic microangiopathy in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) rats. Methods: Streptozotocin (STZ) plus high-energy diet was used to establish a non-insulin-dependent diabetic rat model. A control group was established. After 19 weeks, the levels of blood glucose and insulin release were observed. Serum NGA activity. Morphological changes of the kidney and retina were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. The glomerular capillary basement membrane and retina were quantitatively determined by computerized image processing system. Results: Serum NAG activity in diabetic group (38.30 ± 9.0 5U / L) was significantly higher than that in control group (25.67 ± 8.91U / L, P <0.01). Serum NAG activity was positively correlated with glomerular capillary basement membrane thickness and total retinal thickness (r = 0.785, 0.684, P <0.05). Conclusion: The determination of serum NAG activity plays an important role in early clinical diagnosis and detection of diabetic microangiopathy
