以5A90铝锂合金和5A06防锈铝为研究对象,进行了不同压入量下的填充式摩擦点焊试验,并对接头进行了金相观察、扫描电镜测试和能谱分析。结果表明,搭接界面处搅拌套下方区域界面清晰,而搅拌针下方区域材料相互融合并呈交替层状分布;压入量对界面金属材料流动影响较大,随着压入量增加,界面处材料融合程度增加。
The 5A90 aluminum lithium alloy and 5A06 rust-proof aluminum were used as the research objects. The friction stir welding under different pressure was carried out. The joints were observed by metallography, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the interface below the stirrer sleeve in the lap interface is clear, while the materials in the area below the stirrer pin merge into each other and form an alternating layer distribution. The amount of press intrusion affects the metal flow in the interface greatly. The degree of material fusion increases.
