以自主开发的数控塑料切黏机的刀架为研究对象,以提高刀架刚度为目的,完成了切黏机刀架的三维装配模型,分析了切黏机刀架的结构和变形特点,对刀架关键零件支架进行了三维有限元分析和计算,通过计算三种方案的最大变形量,选择了较合理的支架结构,并在此基础上对支架结构进行了优化。研究结果为切黏机刀架结构的优化和进一步改进设计提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the rigidity of the knife holder, the three-dimensional assembly model of the cutter knife was completed, and the structure and deformation characteristics of the cutter knife were analyzed. Three-dimensional finite element analysis and calculation were carried out on the key parts bracket of the knife holder. By calculating the maximum deformation of the three schemes, a more reasonable support structure was selected, and the support structure was optimized on the basis of the above analysis. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of cutter structure and the design of further improvement.
