在当前的矿井作业当中,提升机是必备的机电设备之一,提升机的应用,有效的保证了矿井生产的安全性。矿井提升机是自动化控制装置,在传统的提升机是以继电器逻辑来对电控系统进行控制的,其存在着较大的弊端,近年来随着我国科技的快速发展,机电设备的自动化程度不断提升,PLC技术的出现,其以诸多的优点开始在矿井提升机上开始进行应用,有效的提高了提升机的可靠性和稳定性,目前PLC技术在矿井提升机电控系统中的应用越来越广泛,已完全取代了传统的继电器技术。现对PLC控制技术及其工作原理进行了综述,并进一步对老式提升机控制系统存在的问题进行了分析,同时对PLC提升机在电控系统中的应用进行了具体的阐述。
