氢是使大锻件出现白点从而导致报废的主要原因。本文分析氢的各种来源;简述200t电渣炉控制低氢的各种技术;对电渣重熔过程中氢的行为进行了探讨和分析。所开发的控制低氢的电渣重熔技术成功地控制了200t电渣炉的氢。已生产了300MW高—中压汽轮机转子、80×10~4t/a石油裂化加氢反应器、600MW核电模拟件等24个优质大锻件,钢水中的氢含量都低于2ppm,锻件中≤1ppm,全部无扩氢退火时间,均未发生白点。低氢控制技术创造的经济效益达数百万元。
Hydrogen is the main reason for white spots in large forgings resulting in scrap. This paper analyzes the various sources of hydrogen; briefly describes the various technologies used to control low hydrogen in the 200t electroslag furnace; and discusses and analyzes the behavior of hydrogen in the electroslag remelting process. The electroslag remelting technology developed to control low hydrogen succeeded in controlling hydrogen in a 200 t electroslag furnace. We have produced 24 high-quality forgings such as 300MW high-pressure turbine rotor, 80 × 10 ~ 4t / a petroleum cracking hydrogenation reactors and 600MW nuclear power simulation parts. The hydrogen content in the molten steel is less than 2ppm and the forging ≤1ppm , All without expansion annealing time, no white spots occurred. Low hydrogen control technology to create economic benefits of millions of dollars.
