目的 探讨氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (Ox-LDL)能否促进 β淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ)产生。方法 应用体外细胞培养和免疫荧光流式细胞术以及反转录 PCR方法 ,检测经 Ox-LDL处理的平滑肌细胞 (SMC) Aβ的产生及β淀粉样蛋白前体 (APP)基因水平。结果 经 Ox-LDL 处理的 SMC Aβ1 -40较对照组明显增高 ,分别为 88.3 0 %和2 .1 6% ;Aβ1 -42也较对照组明显增高 ,分别为 95 .3 0 %和 2 .5 1 %。结论 Ox-LDL促进 Aβ产生。
Objective To investigate whether oxidized low-density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) can promote the production of β-amyloid protein (Aβ). Methods The production of Aβ and the level of β-amyloid precursor protein (APP) in smooth muscle cells (SMCs) treated with Ox-LDL were detected by in vitro cell culture, immunofluorescence flow cytometry and reverse transcription PCR. Results Compared with the control group, the SMC Aβ1 -40 treated with Ox-LDL was significantly higher (88.3% and 2.16%, respectively) and Aβ1 -42 also significantly higher than the control group (95.3% and 2.5% respectively) 1 %. Conclusion Ox-LDL can promote Aβ production.
