员工是企业发展的基础,员工工作能力的好坏、工作素养的高低对于企业的发展具有至关重要的作用,所以,我们一定要注重企业员工的选拔和培养,要能够激发员工工作的主动性和积极性,让他们能够为企业的发展提供自己的力量。那么这就需要企业内部建立一定的员工激励机制,以此来调动员工的工作积极性。但是,由于我国在员工激励方面并没有成熟的经验,这就使得在激励机制的制定上并不完善,所以,本人将在本文中就企业员工激励机制的构建进行简单的讨论。
