采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和硬脂酸作为基质,制备水杨酸钠半球型片芯,用石腊包衣,并在半球体的平面中心留一小孔,体外溶出速率测定站果表明:这种半球型制剂可产生符合零级动力学的长时间恒速释药。改变骨架材料和致孔剂的组成比例,可以调节释药速率。半球型平面上小孔直径应此药片直径小8倍以上,方能保持恒速释药。
Preparation of sodium salicylate hemispherical core with polyvinylpyrrolidone and stearic acid as matrix, coating with paraffin and leaving a small hole in the center of the hemisphere, in vitro dissolution rate determination results show that: this hemisphere Type preparation can produce zero-order kinetic long-term constant release drug.
