选用氧化铝粉(Al2O3)和聚丙烯(PP),通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备了导热绝缘复合材料。研究了Al2O3粉体用量以及粒径对复合材料热导率、力学性能以及体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,随着Al2O3粉体填充量的增加,材料的热导率增大,力学性能下降,体积电阻率下降;两种粒径Al2O3混合填充比单一粒径Al2O3填充更能提高材料的热导率。
Alumina powder (Al2O3) and polypropylene (PP) were selected and extruded through a twin-screw extruder to prepare a thermally conductive and insulating composite material. The effects of the amount and size of Al2O3 powder on the thermal conductivity, mechanical properties and volume resistivity of the composites were investigated. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the material increases, the mechanical properties decrease and the volume resistivity decreases with the increase of Al2O3 powder loading. The mixing of two kinds of Al2O3 particles increases the thermal conductivity rate.
