近年来,在全总“组织起来、切实维权”工作方针的统一部署下,我们企业工会建设有了很大进步,在维护职工群众合法权益,协调劳动关系,促进企业和谐发展等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,我们企业工会也还存在一些问题,诸如凝聚力不强、活力不足、与职工群众的联系不紧密等。究其原因,主要在于我们企业工会的维权力度还不够“,维权不作为”的现象还时有发生。
