本文总结了用负压铸造法生产 ZG18CrMnSiMoV 优质吊钳铸件的研究成果。研究结果表明,用负压铸型铸造 ZG18CrMnSiMoV 钢时其充型能力和表面质量优于水玻璃砂型,机械性能与水玻璃砂型相当,性能的各项指标均高于标准要求,本研究还确定了生产吊钳铸件的工艺方案、参数和工艺操作方法,为用负压铸造法成批生产吊钳铸件提供理论和实践的依据。
This paper summarizes the research results of the ZG18CrMnSiMoV high-quality tongs produced by negative pressure casting. The results show that the filling capacity and surface quality of ZG18CrMnSiMoV steel is better than that of sodium silicate sand when casting ZG18CrMnSiMoV steel with negative pressure. The mechanical properties of ZG18CrMnSiMoV steel are comparable to those of sodium silicate sand. All the indexes of performance are higher than the standard requirements. The technical scheme, parameter and process operation method of the tong casting provide theoretical and practical basis for the batch production of the tong casting by the negative pressure casting method.
