刘某,男,1岁5个月,1979年4月12日就诊。父代述:多饮多尿半年。1978年10月断奶后,发现患儿口渴、多饮,多尿,开始每日饮水1瓶(5磅,下同),以后逐渐增加到每昼夜2瓶,小便白天15～16次,夜间5～6次,每夜需饮水5～6次,夜间有时遗尿。于1979年3月17日入某医院住院治疗,该院检查:一般情况好,发育正常,营养中等,头颅五官端正,心肺无异常,肝脾未触及,脊柱四肢未引出病理反射。尿常规:蛋白(±),白细胞0～2个,比重1.012～
