目的:考察混合糖电解质注射液对全肠外营养液稳定性的影响。方法:将10%葡萄糖注射液和混合糖电解质注射液分别加入到配方相同的全肠外营养液中构成对照组和实验组,在不同时间取样观察两组注射液的外观变化,pH、不溶性微粒、渗透压、脂肪乳颗粒变化和电解质含量。结果:与对照组相比,实验组48 h内的外观、pH没有发生显著变化,渗透压大约增高100 mOsmoL~(-1)。不溶性微粒数均随着时间的延长而增加,脂肪颗粒经时变化较大。结论:混合糖电解质注射液对肠外营养液的稳定性有一定程度的影响,临床使用时应严格控制其含量,且配制后尽快输注。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mixed sugar and electrolyte injection on the stability of total parenteral nutrition solution. Methods: 10% glucose injection and mixed sugar electrolyte injection were added into the same parenteral nutrition solution to form the control group and the experimental group. Samples were taken at different times to observe the appearance changes of the two groups of injection solutions. The pH, insoluble particles , Osmotic pressure, fat emulsion particle change and electrolyte content. Results: Compared with the control group, the appearance and pH of the experimental group did not change significantly within 48 h, and the osmotic pressure increased about 100 mOsmoL ~ (-1). The number of insoluble particles increased with time, fat particles changed significantly over time. Conclusion: The stability of mixed parenteral nutrition solution has some effect on the stability of parenteral nutrition solution. In clinical use, the content of parenteral nutrition solution should be strictly controlled and infused as soon as possible.
