In foreign party politics, money plays an important role in the election and administration of political parties. For example, in the 2004 U.S. presidential election, the two major parties participating in the election campaign cost more than 4 billion U.S. dollars to become the most expensive one in U.S. history Election. Therefore, for their own survival and development, various political parties have raised funds for activities through various means. In this process, in order to avoid trading of money and power and money politics as much as possible, all countries have strictly stipulated the collection and use of funds of political parties and formed a relatively mature mode of operation and rules.
