伽玛刀（γ－刀）是治疗震颤麻痹有效而安全的方法，作者设计了一套ＭＲ定位的方法。本组２７例均以震颤为主，治疗有效率为７５％，未出现近期并发症。
Gamma Knife (γ-knife) is an effective and safe method of treating Parkinsonism. The author designed a set of MR positioning methods. The group of 27 patients were mainly tremor, the effective rate was 75%, there is no recent complication.
