目的:建立聚氯乙烯/聚偏二氯乙烯类药品包装材料中氯乙烯单体和偏二氯乙烯单体含量的顶空气相色谱检测法。方法:采用Stabilwax(30.0 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱,检测器为FID,顶空进样平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为30 min,柱温为40℃,进样口温度为190℃,检测器温度为210℃,载气为氮气,柱流速为1.0 ml·min-1。结果:氯乙烯在0.5~2.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.996 7),平均回收率为90.4%,RSD为0.9%(n=9);偏二氯乙烯在1.0~5.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为90.0%,RSD为0.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法可同时快速、准确地测定聚氯乙烯/聚偏二氯乙烯类药品包装材料中氯乙烯和偏二氯乙烯的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of vinyl chloride monomer and vinylidene chloride monomer in polyvinyl chloride / polyvinylidene chloride pharmaceutical packaging materials. Methods: The detector was FID with a Stabilwax (30.0 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) column. The headspace equilibrium temperature was 80 ° C, the equilibration time was 30 min, the column temperature was 40 ° C and the inlet temperature was 190 ° C ℃, the detector temperature was 210 ℃, the carrier gas was nitrogen and the column flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Results: The linear range of 0.5 ~ 2.5μg vinyl chloride (r = 0.996 7) was obtained with an average recovery of 90.4% and a RSD of 0.9% (n = 9). Vinylidene chloride was in the range of 1.0 ~ 5.0μg (R = 0.999 0). The average recovery was 90.0% and the RSD was 0.6% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method can simultaneously determine the content of vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride in packaging materials of PVC / polyvinylidene chloride quickly and accurately.
