目的 :提高肘内翻治疗水平降低其并发症和复发。方法 :对 2 1例肘内翻行肱骨髁上截骨 ,Fench法固定。结果 :本组 2 1例中优 17例 ,良 4例 ,平均随访 7年 3个月 ,疗效满意 ,无并发症或复发。结论 :这种内固定方法不损伤骨骺板 ,操作简便 ,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective: To improve the treatment of cubitus varus to reduce its complications and recurrence. Methods: 21 cases of cubital supracondylar supracondylar osteotomy, Fench fixation. Results: The group of 21 cases excellent in 17 cases, good in 4 cases, the average follow-up of 7 years and 3 months, with satisfactory results, no complications or recurrence.
