核心力量训练是体能训练中的重要组成部分,是近年来竞技体育运动员体能训练中提出的新的理论,也是当前国内外体育运动训练中,教练员、体能训练专家等研究的特点领域。高中阶段的体育特长生正处于长身体、长知识的重要阶段,普及和运用先进的运动训练原理和方法,较早地树立起合理运动、科学训练的意识和理念,不仅能够更加有效地提高其运动技能和成绩,而且能培养其终身运动的理念。
