家兔在医药学、生物学等领域应用甚广,各种生理、生化数据有报导。本文报导正常家兔18种骨氨基酸和血浆游离氨基酸值。材料和方法 1.动物来源:新西兰白兔封闭群,6月龄,体重3公斤左右,雌雄各半,外表健康、发育良好、经解剖检查各脏器无病变。 2.血浆游离氨基酸测定液的制备用乾燥的肝素针筒抽取家兔耳动脉血液,离心,吸取1ml血浆,加入25mg磺基水杨酸沉淀血浆中的各种蛋白质、再离心,弃去沉淀,吸取50μl上清液加入到LKB-4400型氨基酸自动分析仪中,即可计算出血浆中各种游离的氨基酸量。 3.骨氨基酸测定液的制备杀死家兔,取密质骨20mg左右,流水冲洗掉血液,把骨放在5ml(乙醚:丙酮=1:1)脱脂液中脱脂过液,再重复脱脂一次。
