随着社会进步和科技发展,对轿车的主体要求,从之前最基本的能满足代步需求,到现在苛求舒适性,追求操控性,要求安全性等更多的标准,要达到这些标准则离不开现代电子设备的广泛应用。据粗略统计,一般中级轿车上,其控制单元数量少则20个左右,多则30~40个,甚至更多。这么多控制单元的正常工作还离不开各种各样的传感器,当然还包括线路的连接。因此现在轿车相比之前的轿车,其零部件的数量成倍地增加,这也是现在单车的故障率相比老款车型更多的一个原因。而电子元件的故障现象,不像机械故障那么直截了当出现,很多时候可能表现出时好时坏的特征,姑且称之为软性故障。软性故障往往是客户抱怨最多的,维修技师最难彻底解决的。基于此大众开发了远程诊断设备,本文通过远程诊断设备在实际维修中的应用实例,浅谈该设备对软性故障维修的实用意义。

In this paper, through the practical application of remote diagnosis device in practical maintenance, this paper discusses the practical significance of this device in the maintenance of soft failure.
