在现代工业激光加工领域,一般使用柔性光纤传输系统,实现高功率激光器和机器人手臂的三维加工,或者使用光纤将高能光束使用激光器传送到远距离工作站中。在设计光纤传输系统过程中,最重要的就是性能的参数。高功率激光和光纤耦合,如果具有耦合对准误差导致光纤泄露,会对光纤造成损坏。并且光纤端面的功率密度也会导致断面损伤。设计高功率光纤激光耦合系统能够对高功率光纤耦合技术入射端面进行保护,并给提高光纤的损耗功率。基于此,本文就对高功率光纤激光耦合系统的设计进行分析和研究。
In the field of modern industrial laser processing, a flexible optical fiber transmission system is generally used to realize three-dimensional processing of high-power laser and robot arm, or use optical fiber to transmit high-energy optical beam to a remote workstation using a laser. In the design of optical fiber transmission system, the most important thing is the performance parameters. High-power laser and fiber coupling, if the coupling alignment errors lead to optical fiber leakage, will cause damage to the optical fiber. And the fiber end face power density can also lead to section damage. The design of a high-power fiber laser coupling system protects the incident end face of high-power fiber-coupled technology and increases the power loss of the fiber. Based on this, this paper analyzes the design of high power fiber laser coupling system.
